The descriptive method of research was employed with the questionnaire as the main tool in gathering data. There were thirty-seven (37) respondents involved and broken down as follows: seven (7) barangay health workers and thirty (30) mothers. Specifically, the following questions were answered: 1. What is the extent of implementation of the nutrition program activities for preschool children in Barangay Guinzadan as perceived by the barangay health workers and the mothers? Is there a significant difference between the perceptions of the two groups of respondents regarding the extent of implementation of the nutrition program activities? 2. What is the degree of seriousness of problems encountered as perceived by the barangay health workers and the mothers? Is there a significant difference between the perceptions of the two groups of respondents regarding the degree of seriousness of problems? The data gathered were tabulated and analyzed with the use of the appropriate statistical tools. Weighted mean was used to determine the extent of lamentation of the nutrition program activities and the degree of seriousness of problems. The Fisher’s t-test was used to determine if significant difference exist between the perceptions of the two groups of respondents. The findings of the study are: 1. The activities of the nutrition program for preschool children in Barangay Guinzadan, Bauko, Mountain Province are moderately implemented. 2. The problems encountered when the activities of the nutrition program are implemented are moderately serious. From the findings, the following are recommended: 1. While a barangay center need not be constructed, any available house could be rented for this purpose. 2. Mothers should be encouraged to participate fully in this program by intensifying orientation and training seminars. 3. The barangay officials, with the cooperation of the mothers and community members, should sponsor fund raising activities for the program. 4.
