Summary: The study focused on the acceptability of the automotive electrical lighting wiring mock-up as a teaching tool for the automotive technology subjects of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College and Tadian School of Arts and Trades. The study made used of the descriptive method of research that involved 5 automotive teachers of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College(MPSPC) and Tadian School of Arts and Trades (TSAT). Results and findings showed that the mock-up can be used as a teaching tool during discussion and demonstration. Further, the attached materials and lighting in the mock-up can be integrated by the teacher. The results also showed that the electrical parts attached in the mock-up can be easily manipulated by teachers. On the bases of the results, findings and conclusions, the following recommendations are given: A copy of the result of the research be given to the principal of Tadian School of Arts and Trades and the Dean of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College so that they will use the automotive elecrical wiring diagram (mock-up) as a teaching tool for automotive. The automotive electrical wiring diagram (mock-up) will be used by all high schools in Bauko District, Tadian District and all colleges with technical vocational subjects.
